Boomer Events is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our customers. Once you choose to provide us personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified), you can be assured that it will only be used to support your customer relationship with Boomer Events.
We use the contact information you provide us to establish our service for you. We use payment information for payment processing purposes only. We create and maintain other information such as customer account status, and choice of services in the normal course of providing service. Boomer Events will not share customer information unless necessary to provide the services you have requested.
We will disclose customer personal and account information if we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Boomer Events, our customers, or others, or where Boomer Events has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.

Cancellation Policy:
A 10% non-refundable fee will be charged for any and all cancelled events including “Acts of God” (i.e. rain, electrical outages, etc.)
90% refund of total amount for a cancelled event 14 or more days prior to event date,
50% refund of total amount for a cancelled event 10 or more days prior to event date,
25% refund of total amount for a cancelled event 8 or more days prior to event date,
No refund available for the scheduled event within 7 days of event date

"Acts of God” cancellation policy (i.e. rain, electrical outages, etc.). A 90% refund will be provided for cancellations due to “Acts of God.” "Acts of God" notice must be provided at least 24 hours before event time to qualify for a refund. Boomer Events will be the sole determining source regarding “Acts of God” cancellation.

  • Customer is responsible for electrical and water requirements (including water hoses and connections).
  • Customer ensures delivery path from truck drop-off to set-up point is hardened and level with no steps or drop-offs.    
  • Customer ensures set-up area is dry.  Please confirm watering system is inoperable and set-up area is not wet/soggy.  Wet/soggy areas will cause set-up to be cancelled at customer’s full rental price.
  • The bouncer can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, dirt, or any other surface that is relatively flat. We cannot set up a unit on the sand.
  • Slightly sloped driveways are not a problem, we set up on them all of the time.
  • You must have at least 1 foot of extra space around the perimeter of the bouncer. The entrance side of the bouncer should be facing an open area.
  • The unit must be setup within 100 feet of an electrical outlet. Be sure you have electricity. If not, you'll need to rent a generator. We have generators for rent for an additional charge or you can secure your own.
  • We don't encourage setups near swimming pools; adult supervision must be EXTRA attentive if we do.
  • Some parks will require permits. This is your responsibility to arrange.
  • Some parks will require an "Additional Insured" document naming the city or entity as additionally insured. This service is complimentary, we just need about 5-7 business days advance notice to arrange the insurance.
  • Refunds will be returned by check only.
  • Our drivers are not permitted to accept payments. Please make all payments in full before the day of your event. A 2% monthly interest fee will be applied on any unpaid balance that is not previously agreed upon in writing.
  • All sales are final
  • WARNING:
    All inflatables must be anchored at 4 corners. While our drivers will do their best to find solid anchor points at your location, if none can be found (eg. middle of parking lot), then 2 vehicles will be required to secure the inflatable properly. An alternative is to provide 1000lbs of anchor weight per corner (4000 lbs total). Boomer Events can not provide nor will participate in the process of anchor bolting into concrete. This responsibility would fall solely upon the customer.


Frequently asked questions:

How big are the bouncers?
Most of the backyard size units are 15'x15'. Visit the page of each item to see the minimum required space needed.

How many children can fit in a bouncer?
Generally speaking, between 8 and 10 kids at one time - safely and comfortably. Bouncers come in several sizes so you may want to check the feature page of the particular unit you're interested in.

Are the bouncers clean?
Yes. All Boomer Events units are thoroughly cleaned between each use. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to another client. This way, you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean and in good working order.

What about rain?
A 10% non-refundable fee applies for any canclled event including "Acts of God." Please contact Boomer Events no later than 24 hours before your scheduled “event time” on the day of your party if it is raining. Once our drivers leave the warehouse with your game, you will be charged the full amount of the game rental. Please call at least 24 hours in advance and leave a message (which is automatically date/time stamped).

Can you set up indoors?
Yes. All of our units are able to be set up indoors, space permitting.  We can also set up in gymnasiums, halls, churches, or any other area that can accommodate the size of the game.

How can I place an order?

If I need to cancel my order, is there a penalty?
We have a limited inventory of games and multiple requests for most games.  When you reserve a game for us, we do not “double-book” your unit and do not permit other interested parties to reserve your game. In most cases, a late cancellation deprives another customer the opportunity to use your game.  It also deprives our company revenue from renting your game.  Please keep in mind that our employees lose income as well when a late cancellation happens.  Therefore, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Do you deliver to my area?
Boomer Events delivers to most of Southern California.  However, some games are only available in Orange County and Los Angeles County.  Please contact us to see if we service your area.

Do you set up in parks?
Yes. Please be aware of your electrical needs.  Most parks do not provide electrical or water sources.  We do provide generators for electrical power at an additional cost of $75 per generator.

How much room do I need?
Our units vary in size.  Please check the Games pages for the size of your unit  Also, if you're not sure what size your yard is, you can measure it or "walk it off" heel to toe in a man's shoe (it'll be about 1 foot per step) to approximate. If you can imagine two parked cars side by side in your set up area, most likely we can fit the unit of your choice in that area. Also, most 2 car driveways can accommodate most units. Don't forget your vertical clearance! You'll need an area free of low wires, about 16-17 feet high for most of our games.

How much room do you need to bring the bouncer in?
A minimum width of 36" for a gate or doorway is normally acceptable. We bring the unit rolled up and wheel it in on a standard hand truck (dolly). If a person can walk through, we can fit most of our games through too!  Please be aware that some of our games are extra large and require more access space to your set up area.  Please review the specifications shown with each game to ensure adequate access space.

Can you set up on my driveway?
Yes. If you have a 2 car width driveway, most likely our bouncer will fit. A slight slope is not a problem. Since we can't pound stakes into your driveway, we will be a little creative in terms of securing the unit. Typically, we like to see the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope (so the kids fall into the unit). It is necessary to secure our games at all four corners.  WARNING: All inflatables must be anchored at 4 corners. While our drivers will do their best to find solid anchor points at your location, if none can be found (eg. middle of parking lot), then 2 vehicles will be required to secure the inflatable properly. Does it need electricity? How much does it use?
Yes. We will bring a 50’ extension cord with us, so you'll need an outlet within 50’ of the set up area. Any electrical outlet more than 50’ from the game is hard on the unit and requires an electrical source (i.e. generator). The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14¢ of electricity per hour. Your blow dryer uses much, much more than that! NOTE: All blowers and wiring are safety checked before leaving the warehouse.

What time do you deliver and pickup the bouncer?
Rental periods vary depending on your needs.  You decide on the specific time you want the game operating and we'll be there between 30 minutes and 4 hours before that start time. We also request a 4-hour window to pick up the game.  You do not pay for our set up time. All rental periods are play time only! Picking up is based on the number of hours you rent for. Special arrangements can be made if you need to leave (example: dinner, or another party) by a certain time, just let us know. For park parties, we run the timing a little tighter. Your order representative will brief you on this if applicable at the time of confirmation.

How far in advance do I need to order?
Our games are available on a “first-come, first-served” basis.  In some cases (i.e. holidays, graduation nights, etc.) our games are reserved 10 to 12 months in advance.  Don’t wait until the last minute.  We suggest 6 – 8 weeks before your scheduled party date for most of our games. However, we sometimes have inventory available for last minute bookings, but don't be too picky about style preference. Also, for bookings on any "Specialty" units, please place your order as soon as your date is secured.

Do you deliver on holidays?
Yes.  However, there is a price increase of 20% to compensate our employees for their time away from family and friends.

Can I keep the game over-night?
Yes, in some cases. The game must be set up in a backyard or an area that is secured. Please be aware, the customer is responsible for the safety of the game while it is in their possession.  Boomer Events reserves the right to deny any event of this service. Boomer Events also reserves the right to cancel the over night portion of any event at any time if we have reason to believe that our property is at risk of injury, theft, or scheduling conflict.

Is it cheaper if we pickup the bouncer ourselves?
No. In fact, Boomer Events does not allow customer pick up of our games. All of our drivers are trained as professional installers and are the exclusive installer of our equipment. Where the safety of your children is concerned, it is always best to leave it up to the professionals. In addition to this, the liability insurance that we carry does not permit unauthorized set up or moving of our equipment.

How do I know that you'll show up?
